By accessing and using DevNOW.ai services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

DevNOW.ai provides custom AI development services, including but not limited to AI agents, custom integrations, API development, and web applications. We are the custom development division of SuccessNOW.ai.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by DevNOW.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom developments created for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

DevNOW.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
